14-Day Return Policy
Aqua Research accepts returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, used, unsealed, tampered with, or are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for an ordinary return or refund.
After 14 calendar days from delivery, all sales are final under our standard return policy.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact support@aqua-research.com within 14 calendar days of delivery and include your order number.
Please do not send merchandise back before receiving return authorization from Aqua Research. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, Aqua Research will process the approved refund to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear after processing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If Aqua Research sent an incorrect item, or your order arrived damaged, defective, or missing an item, contact support@aqua-research.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable. For approved returns resulting from an Aqua Research fulfillment error or qualifying damaged or defective merchandise, Aqua Research will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Products
Products are not eligible for an ordinary return or refund if:
- More than 14 calendar days have passed since delivery
- The product has been opened
- The original seal has been broken
- The product has been used
- The product has been tampered with
- The product is not in its original condition or packaging
